Workshops
Free photographic workshops along the Green Chain route, for all levels of ability. Bring your camera and suitable clothing! Under 17s welcome, accompanied by an adult.
- 14th February: 3-5pm with Mike Curry, Hornfair Park – Charlton Park
- 15th February: 2-4pm with Mike Curry, Plumstead Common
- 21st February: 3-5pm with Ian Cook, Thames Barrier and Thames views.
Exhibition
We welcome submissions of photographs taken along the Green Chain route as it runs through the borough of Greenwich; send up to five entries as standard prints 4x6” approx. to Verve Arts by 19th March.
30 selected photographs will be exhibited at Elixir Gallery, Queen Elizabeth Hospital Woolwich, between May – August 2012.
Internships
Interns are required to assist with the organisation of the workshops and the exhibition between February and May. Photographers who would like experience of organising community photography projects and exhibitions are especially welcome. CRB certificate required. Travel expenses paid.
