Poetry with Tamar Yoseloff, Saturday, January 28th, 11-4.
Venue: Orford House Social Club, Orford Road, Walthamstow, E17.
£45 including lunch.
This poetry workshop will celebrate what is positive about the urban landscape – both in terms of the built environment and brownfield sites.
During the workshop we will look at a number of different techniques to describe our environment emotionally and spatially, including the anti-pastoral, collage and prose poetry. Based on exercises during the session participants will produce a draft urban landscape poem to share with the group.
