CreativeCapital promotes a vast range of learning opportunities within the arts across London, including practical advice, mentoring, workshops, courses, seminars, talks and networking events.
We believe that anyone with an interest in the arts – from just 'having a go' to developing a career – should have access to the right information and support whenever they need it. As part of our commitment to this we have just launched a new project called 'CreativeCapital: Widening the Scope'.
This is where you fit in. We're looking for people who live or work in the London Boroughs of Barking & Dagenham, Croydon, Haringey and Harrow to work as Arts Agents with our small, friendly team for just two days a week, between January and March on a freelance basis.
You will be energetic, enthusiastic, passionate about one of the art forms listed above and have a natural talent for engaging, encouraging and motivating people.
In addition to receiving £7.50 per hour you will get hands-on support for the duration of the project, including expert training in communication skills, diversity awareness, training needs analysis and Web 2.0 technologies.
This is also a real opportunity to develop your own arts interests or career through the wide range of networking and training services offered by CreativeCapital's membership of leading arts organisations.
