Creative Writing Workshops
Due to the success of the Creative Writing workshops in Muswell Hill, London, N10, the workshops will continue with a short burst of summer evening workshops at the same stunning venue and then from the Autumn on Sunday afternoons.
Places are allocated on a first come first served basis. Some places are already booked for both sets of workshops and there is a maximum of ten places. As with previous workshops, participants are asked to attend the whole block.
The sessions will include the foundations for writing practice. It doesn't matter if you haven't been to these workshops before. We will develop character, structure, language, poetry and story. There will be both individual and group work. The main focus will be on free-flow writing and there is no feedback.
The August sessions will run as a block of three and the Autumn/Winter sessions will run as blocks of five.
Workshop dates and times
Summer evening workshops:
Each Wednesday evening workshop will run from 7.30pm until 9.30pm:
Weds 12 August - Weds 26 August 2009 (3 workshops).
Sunday afternoon workshops:
Each Sunday workshop will run from 2 until 4pm.
Block one:
Sunday 4 October - Sunday
1 November 2009 (5 workshops).
Block two:
Sunday 15 November - Sunday 13 December 2009 (5 workshops).
Cost/Booking:
- the Summer Evening workshops are only £45 for all three workshops
- each block of Sunday workshops is only £75 for all five workshops
- there will be small groups, with a maximum of 10 people
- you are welcome to attend all three blocks of workshops, the beauty of small groups is that the content can be tailor made
- yummy biscuits and gorgeous gardens included!
